The Southeast Asian Culture and Education Foundation (SEACAEF) is a non-profit agency founded in 1994 exclusively for educational purposes. The primary goal of SEACAEF is to promote understanding between Southeast Asian Americans and Americans of other heritages.

SEACAEF focuses on developing and disseminating information on Southeast Asian cultures, languages, and literature through publications and presentations.

Objectives include:

  1. Promoting appreciation and understanding of Southeast Asian cultures and languages in the United States.
  2. Improving relations between Southeast Asian Americans and Americans of other ethnic backgrounds.
  3. Assisting new Southeast Asian immigrants to become acculturated, responsible, and productive citizens.
  4. Increasing communication and exchange among students, teachers, and scholars in the United States and overseas in the areas of Southeast Asian studies.
